Project
Some Wikipedians have formed a project to better organize information in articles related to Pink Floyd (including individual members' work). This page and its subpages contain their suggestions; it is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians. If you would like to help, please inquire on the talk page and see the to-do list there. Wikipedia:WikiProject/Best practices . In order to track our progress as a community, whenever you perform some notable work on the following goals and projects please add a note on the talk page letting us all know where we are on our goals. If you feel that you can make a positive contribution to the project, become a member by joining the list of members. If you don't know what to write or where to begin, or if you have doubts or ideas on how to improve an article, please address the project's discussion forum.
Goals
The goals of this WikiProject are: To improve Wikipedia's coverage of Pink Floyd, by improving articles related to the subject. Watch out for vandalism.
Tasks
If you are wondering where to start, take a look at these tasks: Highest priority Expand the newly created list at Wikipedia:WikiProject Pink Floyd/List of related articles Fair use Add free use ). Articles Try to expand all songs stubs if possible. Some song stubs cannot be expanded (For example good article ) may be a suitable reference point of what to cite and include. Expand all canonical studio albums to at least Good Article status. Expand other album articles (all). Remove Trivia sections . Fix all issues in Cleanup listing for WikiProject Pink Floyd Project building Add WikiProject Pink Floyd banner {{ WPFloyd }} to all appropriate Talk pages. Add/update assessments for all project pages. Personally invite quality editors working on Pink Floyd articles to join the project. Bibliography In accordance with Wikipedia policy, facts and assertions should be attributed to verifiable, reliable sources wherever possible (see WP:RS ). The Project's preferred method for this is inline citations using the <ref> tag.
