WikiProject Religious texts aims primarily to organise and condense the series of articles on religious texts. It is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians. If you would like to help, please add yourself to the members list.
Scope
The scope of this project is all articles in the Category:Religious texts. Specifically, this project hopes to deal with all articles which relate or are a religious text.
(1) We will assist in the assessment of articles in the field of religious texts, particularly those articles which have not yet been assessed.
(2) We will assist in getting articles featured
(3) We will assist in getting articles upgraded to good status
We also now have a page at Top-importance Religious texts articles where I hope we can come to some degree of consensus as to which articles should be held as being of top importance to the project, and possibly concentrate some effort on them.
All interested parties should feel free to add their names below, and if they wish to add the {{User WPRT2}} or {{User WikiProject Religious Texts}} to their userpages. Also, please indicate any fields of specific knowledge or interest if you see fit. We may in the future be interested in setting up subprojects, and it would be useful to know early if there is any interest in any particular fields.
