Suggestion- is this suitable? In 1878 Ada Anderson completed her US Pedestrian debut, earning her $8000. Nejaby (talk) 22:48, 6 January 2018 (UTC)

2019 suggestions
I've added a 1976 event about Sarah Caldwell: this does mean we have two based around the Met Opera so it might be a year to give a break to the public radio broadcasting? I've also added Winnie Byanyima to the births. As well increasing the gender diversity of the content, it also moves away from a American/European bias. Moira Paul (talk) 21:13, 9 January 2019 (UTC)
- @chat} 17:34, 10 January 2019 (UTC)]
- @Howcheng: Thanks for flagging the issues with the page. I had some sources that were not in the article - including ones for the date - so I have added these, and improved the inline citations. I did a bit of a tidy as well. Hopefully, those may be enough to remove the maintenance tag. Moira Paul (talk) 22:59, 10 January 2019 (UTC)]

- @Howcheng: Thanks for the feedback: The biog is part of several projects to improve biographies, so I'll let them pick up the rest of the amends as opera is not my specialism (finding dates is!). Moira Paul (talk) 00:17, 11 January 2019 (UTC)]
