William Mangion

William Mangion (born 24 August 1958 in

Malta Song for Europe 2007 for Eurovision with the song "Forever Mine", but he finished 10th out of 16 and failed to qualify for the final.[2] Mangion was contracted by the government of Malta in 2013 to manage rehearsal venues for local bands.[3]
