The 2023–24 Danish 1st Division season is the 28th and current season of the Danish 1st Division league championship, governed by the Danish Football Association.

Participants

Vejle BK and Hvidovre IF, who were promoted to the 2023–24 Danish Superliga.[3][4]

B.93 won promotion from the 2022–23 Danish 2nd Division.[5][6] They replaced Fremad Amager and Nykøbing FC.[7][8]
