Remington is located in the valley of the Little Miami River. It is 16 miles (26 km) northeast of downtown Cincinnati.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.19 square miles (0.5 km2), all land.[4]

As of the census of 2020, there were 368 people living in the CDP, for a population density of 1,614.04 people per square mile (623.16/km2). There were 148 housing units. The racial makeup of the CDP was 80.4%
There were 227 households, out of which 36.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.0% were married couples living together, 10.6% had a male householder with no spouse present, and 11.9% had a female householder with no spouse present. 5.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 0.0% were someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
