The 1928 Florida Southern Moccasins football team was an American football team that represented Southern College (now known as Florida Southern College) as a member of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association (SIAA) during the 1928 college football season. In their first year under head coach Jesse Burbage, the team compiled a 5–2–1 record.
