Cars competed in five classes according to engine capacity.[1]
- Class A : Over 3000cc[1]
- Class B : 2001–3000cc[1]
- Class C : 1501–2000cc[1]
- Class D : 1101–1500cc[1]
- Class E : Up to 1100cc[1]
