500 Words Magazine is a non-profit independent

science and technology, business and economy,[6] and more.[7] The magazine's mission is to present in-depth stories about Sudan and South Sudan in 500 words or more.[8][9]

The magazine was founded by Moez Ali[10] and Mohamed Mahmoud on 1 June 2012,[11] but relaunched on 1 October 2018 by Ola Diab.[8]
