Afghan salad

Afghan salad is a

cilantro, mint and lime or sometimes lemon juice.[1][2][3] Salt and pepper may be used to season the dish.[1] Additional ingredients may be used, such as bell peppers,[2][4] parsley,[3] radish[4] and herbs,[5]
among others.
