Al Ghaydah Airport (IATA: AAY, ICAO: OYGD) is an airport near Al Ghaydah, in Mahrah Governorate of south-eastern Yemen.

History

In December 2017,

Saudi Arabian-led intervention in Yemen.[1] Following months of protests, Saudi forces returned control of the airport to Yemeni officials in July 2018.[1][2]
