Alexander Nikolayevich Shimin (
Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk in his hometown. Shimin also played for the Kazakhstani national team, including at the 1998 Winter Olympics. After he retired from playing he turned to coaching, initially with Torpedo.[1]
