Wong joined

Queen's Scout in 1968. He had his first Headquarters appointment as Project Officer (Headquarters Commissioner
) in 1970.

Eagle Scout, etc.[1] Wong serves ATAS as Membership Director.[2]

In 2010, Wong was awarded the 328th

, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting. In addition, Wong has received various Scout awards from the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Canada.

Wong was educated in the

Hong Kong Bar in 1981.[3] Wong is married and lives in Hong Kong.[4]
