Almont Township is a civil township of Lapeer County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 6,961 at the 2020 Census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 37.1 square miles (96 km²), of which 37.0 square miles (96 km²) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km²) (0.27%) is water.

The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females, there were 100.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 97.4 males.
