Bülent Tüfenkci (born 1 January 1966) is a
electoral district of Malatya
since 7 June 2015. His surname is sometimes spelt 'Tüfekçi', without an 'n'.
Early life and career
Bülent Tüfenkci was born in
Imam Hatip school, before going on to study at the Ankara University Faculty of Law.[1] After graduating from university in 1984, Tüfenkci completed a master's degree, specialising in customs law.[2]
Political career
Tüfenkci participated in the establishment of the
electoral district of Malatya in the June 2015 general election and was re-elected in the November 2015 general election.[3]
Minister of Customs and Trade
After the
interim election government between 28 August and 17 November 2015.[4] Ruhsar Pekcan
took over in 2018.
