Background and composition
"Been Thinking" is an
R&B and afrobeats.[5] Tyla recorded the song on her first trip to the United States and she had a feeling of great pleasure as she recorded in the same studio Michael Jackson recorded his music in, she went on to state that:[6]
The room was very magical, and when we created that song, it didn’t take that long, but we just knew we wanted to hit
