William Herbert Hampton (6 September 1903 – 5 April 1989) was a New Zealand

lawn bowls
player.

Born in

Naenae Intermediate School in the Hutt Valley.[1]

At the

1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff, Hampton represented New Zealand in the men's fours, alongside Robin Andrew, Stanley Snedden, and Jeff Barron,[4]
finishing in 10th place.

Hampton died in Levin on 5 April 1989.[3]
