Playing career

Adams started his career playing for various local teams in Essex before joining Leytonstone.[1]

He signed for

Derby County at White Hart Lane in March 1952.[3]

Adams signed for Norwich in 1952 and went on to feature in 29 matches and found the net on three occasions.

His last professional club was

Adams ended his playing career with Southern Football League side Dartford where he netted 21 goals in 216 appearances before retiring in 1964.[4][5]

Adams died on 24 June 2012 at the age of 84.[5]
