Closing Arguments is the fourth full-length
studio album by American rock band Lucky Boys Confusion, released in 2009. It is their first full-length release since being dropped by Elektra Records, and also their first since 2003's Commitment
. It is also their last to be recorded with guitarist and founding member Joe Sell before his death in May 2012.
The album is composed of older b-sides and demos, plus a new song, "This Town Ain't Big Enough for Both of Us." "Biggest Mistake" was previously released on Stubhy's side project Shock Stars' 2007
