In July 2005, Jusup signed with the German club
In January 2010, Jusup led Bosnian team Široki Eronet for only one week before returning to Zadar for the fourth time.[3] In the summer of 2012, Jusup signed for Zagreb for the second time.[4] Five days before the start of the 2017–18 season, he left Zagreb.[5]
In April 2018, Jusup signed with Široki of the Bosnian League for the third time in his coaching career.[6]
On 23 October 2019, Jusup was named the head coach for Zadar.[7] He debuted for the fifth time in his coaching career as Zadar coach on 25 October 2019, in the 78–82 loss to Cibona, in the ABA League. In February 2020, Jusup celebrated winning the Krešimir Ćosić Cup for the 2019–20 season. On 24 June 2020, Zadar terminated the contract with Jusup.[8]
On 7 July 2022, Zadar hired Jusup as their new head coach, for the sixth time.[9]
