Deane Finlayson
Douglas Deane Finlayson (1919–2005) was a British Columbia politician and land developer.[1][2][3]
Though he did not run for a seat in the
Shushwap First Nations.[5]
Finlayson built the Woodgrove Centre in Nanaimo and the Morningside subdivision in Hammond Bay.[3]
