Dillon Head (born October 11, 2004) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the San Diego Padres organization.

Amateur career

Head grew up in Glenwood, Illinois and attended Homewood-Flossmoor High School.[1] He batted 467 with six home runs, 28 RBIs, and 35 stolen bases as a junior.[2] Head committed to play college baseball at Clemson.[3]

Professional career

Head was selected by the San Diego Padres in the first round, with the 25th overall selection, of the 2023 Major League Baseball draft.[4] On June 18, 2023, Head signed with the Padres on an under slot deal worth $2.8 million.[5]
