Donald Gordon McGauchie

National Farmers Federation.[3]

McGauchie had strong links to the

chairman of Telstra Corporation.[6] After failing to meet expectations of large Telstra shareholders,[7] McGauchie resigned from the position in May 2009, and was replaced by Catherine Livingstone.[8] He also joined the board of Nufarm Limited in 2003 and has been chairman since 2010.[9]

McGauchie won the

Officer of the Order of Australia for services to the Australian grain and wool industries, and for his economic reform of Australian agricultural commodity handling and marketing.[1]
