Abd Al-Wahab Abdallah Al-Said Ali Al-Refai (22 January 1973) , a writer, novelist, lecturer,and an engineer from Kuait. He is considered one of the first Kuwaiti, and perhaps Gulf, writers who delved into the realms of supernatural literature, science fiction, horror, and detective fiction. He began writing in 1998 through a series of scientific and cultural articles in various Kuwaiti magazines and newspapers. He published his first book in 1999. He also founded the Kuwaiti publishing house Nova Plus in 2011. Some of his works have been adapted into short films available on YouTube, as well as feature-length films screened in Kuwaiti cinemas, such as the films "شقة ستة" and "بيبي". Additionally, he has conducted over 75 workshops on the art of novel and short story writing across most Gulf countries. His works are widely distributed in most Arab countries.

In 2016 , he was honored by the Amiri Diwan in Kuait as one of the top 100 creatitive Kuaiti personalities.
