Rolf-Jürgen Heino Picker (born June 13, 1953 in Wilhelmshaven) is a former German politician (CSU) as well as a lawyer and author.

Picker graduated from high school in Starnberg. He completed the first and second state examinations in law and was a legal trainee in Munich. He was a lawyer at the Starnberg district court and at the Munich I and Munich II regional courts and briefly at the World Council of Churches in Geneva. He then worked at various banks, among other things.

In 1977 Picker joined the CSU in Starnberg. He was a member of the state board of the Evangelical Working Group (EAK) of the CSU and district chairman of the EAK of the CSU Upper Bavaria as well as district chairman of the EAK of the CSU Starnberg. From June 12th to October 15th, 2003 he briefly sat in the Bavarian state parliament. He volunteers on the board of the Munich Bar Association.
