Elite League (Korean: 대학전쟁) also known as University War is a South Korean reality television program for Coupang Play. The first season of the show aired on November-December 2023.
The show featured 24 top students from the 6 top universities from South Korea with only one team winning ₩40 million.
Format
Twenty-four (24) students from six different top universities will represent their universities were selected. Each episodes (besides the Season Finale) features an ace match, main match, and death match.
In the Ace Match, the first student (except for the fourth Ace Match) from each university who answered the questions or problem correctly will be representing their university and thus will be considered as an Ace. The first place will be picking another Ace for a match where the winner will win an advantage for their team for the Main Match.
In the Main Match, all students from different universities will be competing with each other where the two bottom placers will automatically be placed in the Death Match where they can be eliminated.
At the end of the season, each student from the winning university will be winning ₩10 million each.
