Ishfaq Manzoor is a writer Writer a public figure hails from south Kashmir, He has been Awarded with GTEA-2022 Awards for contribution to Libraries and Community Education , He has been known for promoting Book reading Culture and is credited for conceptualizing the concept of Domestic Libraries in Jammu and Kashmir.

Ishfaq Manzoor has published a scores of Articles [1] [2] , A number of Books [3]& many research publication’s [4]. Besides he is also a reviewer of a reputed journal “international journal of creative research thoughts” .

His Book titled, "Life a dream to struggle for zero" is widely read [5].
