Tommy Armstrong was a state legislator in Louisiana. A Republican he served in the Louisiana House of Representatives.

Armstrong was elected in 1991 to the house to fill the seat vacated by

Caddo Parish commission but resigned when elected to the house and his wife, Ginger Armstrong, was appointed to fill that position.^[1]
