Dylan Dauzat (born November 2, 1997) is an Owner & Operator of a Statewide Residential/Commercial Building Inspection company & and is also a State Licensed Building Contractor and Owner of a Contractor & Investment Company. Dylan has a net worth of $2.9 million as of 2023. His State Wide Inspection Company has inspected over $120 Million Dollars worth of Real Estate since the launch of the company. As a Contractor & Real Estate Investor, his Company's portfolio include multiple Multi-Family Apartment Complex's & Rental Houses where he also builds spec houses & custom homes.

Career

Dauzat created his YouTube channel on December 29, 2012, after receiving a camera as a Christmas gift that same year.[citation needed] He garnered attention from his YouTube videos, subsequently moving from Louisiana to West Hollywood, Los Angeles to pursue a career in modelling.[1][2]

In 2014, he signed a deal with INTOUR.[3] The following year, in 2015, he was featured in both the Slaybells:ICE and Digifest tours by DIGItour.[4]

He has appeared at the

American Music Awards for two consecutive years in 2014[5] and 2015.[6]

In February 2016, Magcon announced they had signed a deal with Dauzat.[7][8] Dauzat made his decision to depart in June 2016[9][10] to sign with DIGItour on a nationwide 28 city tour.[11][12]

In 2017, he began his working relationship with Disney, first appearing in the television series Hyperlinked.[13]

As of June 2018, his YouTube channel has over 700,000 subscribers with more than 37.4 million views.[14] He currently has over 1.3 million followers on Instagram,[15] more than 734,000 followers on Twitter,[16] and over 275,000 followers on Facebook.[17] He holds the distinction of being ranked #21 Most Famous Viner.[citation needed] He has maintained an audience of over 1.6 million followers on the video sharing site.[citation needed]

Music

On November 1, 2014, Dauzat released his first official track on iTunes, "Kickin It",[18] reaching a Top Ten position on the iTunes charts within 24 hours after release.[19] He followed up with a music video shortly thereafter.[20]

On February 14, 2015, Dauzat released his single "Mine Tonight"[21] from his debut EP Magnetic.[22] On June 4, 2015, "Mine Tonight" was released under Dauzat's own label.[23]
