Background
The 1962
Storylines
The event featured an undetermined number of professional wrestling matches with different wrestlers involved in pre-existing scripted feuds, plots and storylines. Wrestlers were portrayed as either heels (referred to as rudos in Mexico, those that portray the "bad guys") or faces (técnicos in Mexico, the "good guy" characters) as they followed a series of tension-building events, which culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches.[4] Due to the nature of keeping mainly paper records of wrestling at the time no documentation has been found for some of the matches of the show.
Event
In the first of only two confirmed matches on the show both Benny Galant and Cavernario Galindo "bet" their hair on the outcome of their best two-out-of-three falls Lucha de Apuesta hair vs. hair match, which came about after a long and intense storyline between the two participants. Galant proved successful, defeating Galindo two falls to one, and forcing Galindo to have all his hair shaved off after the match.[1][5][6][7] The second confirmed match saw the Spanish born Antonio Posa successfully defend the NWA World Middleweight Championship against Karloff Lagarde in three falls.[1][5][6][7][8]
