Ever is a restaurant in Chicago, Illinois.[1] Established in 2020,[2] the restaurant has received two Michelin stars.[3] The restaurant is co-owned by Curtis Duffy, former head chef at Grace, a 2-star Michelin restaurant that closed in 2017.[4]
