Fengolo (also spelled Fangolo) is a town in north-western

Kabadougou Region, Denguélé District. The town borders the Savanes District to the east, and is situated approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) north of the town of Madinani
.

Fengolo was a commune until March 2012, when it became one of 1126 communes nationwide that were abolished.[2]

In 2014, the population of the sub-prefecture of Fengolo was 5,929.[3]
