Опис медалі «10 років сумлінної служби»

Відомча заохочувальна відзнака Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій - медаль «10 років сумлінної служби» має круглу форму діаметром 32 мм. На лицьовому боці розміщено емблему Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій. Медаль обрамлено бортиком.

За допомогою кільця з вушком медаль з'єднується з прямокутною колодкою, обтягнутою стрічкою. Розміри колодки: висота - 42 мм, ширина - 28 мм.

Медаль виготовляється з металу бронзового кольору.

Стрічка медалі - шовкова муарова жовтогарячого кольору з двома повздовжніми вертикальними кантами білого кольору шириною 2 мм кожний, у центрі стрічки - три вертикальні сині смужки шириною 2 мм кожна, рівновіддалені одна від одної на відстані 2 мм.

На зворотному боці колодки є застібка для прикріплення медалі до одягу.

Планка медалі має вигляд металевої прямокутної пластини, обтягнутої стрічкою медалі. Розміри планки: висота - 12 мм, ширина - 28 мм.
