Summary

Description
English: Pieces of Chinese porcelain found in Gaur, Bengal. Chinese envoys gifted porcelain to the Sultans of Bengal during their diplomatic missions to the Bengal Sultanate. Beneath the porcelain are coins minted during the reigns of different Bengal Sultans. Exhibit photographed at the South Asia gallery of the British Museum.
