Summary

Description HMS New Zealand (1911), previously mislabeled as HMS Indefatigable (1909). She flies the RN White Ensign as a jack from the bow , whereas Australia flew the Southern Cross.
Date Not given in data accompanying the photo, but almost certainly between 1911 (the year that the first ship of the Indefatigable class was completed) and circa 1914 (judging from the presence of torpedo nets which were removed from British warships early in the war)
