Description
English: The Sanghyang Tapak or also called Jayabhupati inscription, dated 952 saka (1030 CE). Displayed at National Museum of Indonesia, Jakarta. Discovered in Pancalikan, Bantar Muncang, Cibadak, Sukabumi, West Java, this inscription was edicted by Jayabhupati, king of Sunda kingdom who declared the lands east of Sanghyang Tapak forbidden and forbade people from catching fish in the river and wetlands in this area. The inscription is written in Sanskrit.
Bahasa Indonesia: Prasasti Sanghyang Tapak, atau disebut juga Prasasti Jayabhupati, bertahun 952 Saka (1030 M). Ditampilkan di Museum Nasional Indonesia, Jakarta. Ditemukan di Pangcalikan, Bantar Muncang, Cibadak, Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Prasasti ini diterbitkan oleh Jayabhupati, Raja Sunda yang mengukuhkan tanah larangan (konservasi?) di sebelah timur Sanghyang Tapak, yang melarang penangkapan ikan di sungai dan perairan di wilayah ini. Prasasti ini ditulis dalam bahasa Sanskerta.
Sunda: Prasasti Sanghyang Tapak, atawa katelah ogé Prasasti Jayabhupati, angka taun 952 Saka (1030 M). Dipidangkeun di Musieum Nasional, Jakarta. Kapanggih di Pangcalikan, Bantar Muncang, Cibadak, Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Ieu prasasti dikaluarkeun ku Jayabhupati, Raja Sunda anu nyieun tanah larangan (konservasi?) di wétaneun Sanghyang Tapak, anu nyaram ngala lauk di walungan atawa cai darat di ieu wewengkon.
