Description
English: Drawing (closeup) of an ancient Egyptian stele. Pharaoh Merdjefare (right) is offering to the god Sopdu (left); the pharaoh is escorted by the treasurer Ranisonb, the owner of the stele (far right, only partially visible). Reign of Merdjefare, 14th Dynasty. Original probably from Saft el-Hinna, and now in the Bernard Krief private collection.
