This large version, numbered on the back, is dated pre-1939. According John S. Wilson "In March 1939 [...]. Subsequent events cancelled this agreement, and Rumania together with Bulgaria and Yugoslavia were lost to Scouting. [1] Those countries founded united youth movements on the same basic ideas and system as the Boy Scout Movement, like Straja Țării in Romania and Brannik in Bugaria, but they were not Scouts. --Gilwellian (talk) 12:07, 29 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
