Frederick Scourse

Controller of the Navy. He was appointed a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering in 2000.^[1]

Naval career

Scourse joined the

Controller of the Navy and Director-General of Surface Ships;^[3] he retired in 1997.^[2]
