Gergely János Harsányi (born 3 May 1981) is a Hungarian handballer, who retired from professional handball in 2018[1] and currently plays for Tatai AC in the Hungarian second division.

Career

Harsányi started his professional career at his hometown club

Tatabánya-Carbonex KC in the winter break to ease the growing troubles at the club.[2]
He retired from professional handball in 2018.

His first major international tournament was the

World Championships (2009, 2011, 2013, 2017) and two Olympics (2004 and 2012).[4]
