Giovanni Pitruzzella (born 15 July 1959) is an Italian jurist and academic who has served as a Judge of the Constitutional Court of Italy since 14 November 2023. He concurrently serves as a Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), a position he has held since October 2018.

On 18 November 2011, he was president of the Italian Competition Authority to replace Antonio Catricalà, who resigned following his appointment as undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council of the Monti government.
