History
The district was created in 1904 with 4,258 students.Bennion in the south.[3]
In 2024, the district drew national attention after a school board member publicly and falsely accused a high school athlete of being transgender, leading to the student in question receiving so many threats that the school had to provide her with police protection.[4][5][6]
