Geography

Headrick is located in eastern Jackson County 0.5 miles (0.8 km) south of U.S. Route 62 and 11 miles (18 km) east of Altus, the county seat.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.5 km2), all land.[4]
