James Carleton Bell (December 11, 1872 – February 28, 1946) was an American educational psychologist and professor of education at the City College of New York.[1]

Bell was born in

Townsend Harris Hall. He died of a coronary thrombosis in Winter Park, Florida, on February 28, 1946.[1]
