James Michael Hands (born 9 October 1978) is an English

slow left-arm orthodox. He was born in Truro, Cornwall
.

Hands made his

MCCA Knockout Trophy. His debut in that competition came against Devon in 1998. From 1998 to 2004, he represented the county in 6 Trophy matches, the last of which came against Bedfordshire.[2]

Hands also represented Cornwall in

half century1.[4] With the ball he took 10 wickets at a bowling average of 24.50, with best figures of 3/25.[5]

Hands played club cricket for Blackheath Cricket Club in the Kent Cricket League.
