James Gallagher (July 19, 1929 – August 4, 2017) was an American football executive who worked for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL) from 1949 to 1995.

After graduating from

Philadelphia Eagles Honor Roll alongside wide receiver Mike Quick at halftime of the Eagles' game against the New York Giants on November 19, 1995.[5]

Gallagher died on August 4, 2017, at the age of 88.[2]
