Jonathan Manson is a
viola da gamba with Wieland Kuijken in The Hague
.
While a student, he was a founding member of
Bach's cantatas. He has appeared as guest principal with many early music ensembles, such as the Academy of Ancient Music, The English Concert, the Gabrieli Consort & Players, English Baroque Soloists and Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment.[2]
He has recorded
Brandenburg concertos. He lives in London and is a professor at the Royal Academy of Music
