Kosmos 380 (

Yuzhnoye Design Bureau, and was used as a radar calibration target for anti-ballistic missile tests.[1]

Launch

Kosmos 380 was successfully launched into

Kosmos designation, and received the International Designator 1970-100A.[4]

Orbit

Kosmos 380 was the thirty-seventh of seventy nine

inclination, and an orbital period of 100.6 minutes.[1][6] It remained in orbit until it decayed and reentered the atmosphere on 17 June 1971.[6]
