In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, La Glace had a population of 179 living in 68 of its 77 total private dwellings, a change of -15.2% from its 2016 population of 211. With a land area of 0.81 km2 (0.31 sq mi), it had a population density of 221.0/km2 (572.4/sq mi) in 2021.[1]

As a designated place in the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, La Glace had a population of 211 living in 78 of its 90 total private dwellings, a change of 16.6% from its 2011 population of 181. With a land area of 0.81 km2 (0.31 sq mi), it had a population density of 260.5/km2 (674.7/sq mi) in 2016.[3]
