Appearance
Milli Küme Şampiyonası (1937–1950) and Istanbul Professional Football League (1950–1959) until the Milli Lig
was formed in 1959 as the nationwide professional association football campaign.
Since 1959, Beşiktaş has competed in each and every season of the Milli Lig (1959–1962), Türkiye 1. Futbol Ligi (1962–2000) and
UEFA Cup in 2002–03.[8]
